The areas we serve

Our primary operating areas are the Vail Valley and the Western Slope. Availability in Denver Metro is growing.

We work across Colorado's small towns, resort and rural communities, where volunteer boards carry the most administrative load and the person who knows how it all runs is often carrying it alone.

Across Colorado, OmniHOA manages eight associations representing roughly 1,000 homes.

How we take on a new association

We evaluate each prospective relationship for fit, operational readiness, and our ability to provide the level of support the community needs.

We take on a new association only when the people and the systems are in place to hold the standard for the ones we already have.
