The details, handled together
An owner question can lead to a maintenance visit, a vendor invoice and a board decision. We manage those connections: record the issue, identify the next step, coordinate the response and bring decisions back to the board when they belong there.

Assessment billing, routine bookkeeping, payment coordination and financial reporting tied to association operations. Your board can see where things stand and what needs attention.
Coordinate approved work, follow up on performance and keep maintenance priorities visible. The trades perform the work; we help the board manage the process.
Prepare the administrative groundwork for productive meetings: useful reports, organized materials and action items that carry forward after adjournment. Budget preparation and meeting participation can be included in your scope.
Document reported or observed concerns, coordinate notices under the board's approved policies and maintain a record of follow-up. Your board retains policy and enforcement decisions.
Keep association documents, operational history and open items organized so a change in volunteers does not mean starting over.
A scope that fits

We propose a fee after understanding the association's size, amenities, financial condition, activity level and desired scope. Meeting commitments, inspection arrangements, transition work and any separate services are discussed upfront.
